We Strictly provide entertainment. Please be aware that children need to be supervised. We cannot be held responsible for accidental damage caused by ANY child. Pamper Me Please, assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damage caused during the party. In the event of damage or loss or our inventory. The responsibility lies entirely on the client and or guardian. Pampering Me Please is not responsible for allergic reactions and / or any medical injuries from the food, beverages, wearing costumes or any activity taking place before, during or after the party.

Food Allergy Waiver

Your child will be participating in a celebratory toast (drink selection of host choice).We know that many children have allergies and some of these allergies can be life-threatening. We take many precautions to ensure that all the children are safe.

Pampering Me Please will not be held responsible for any allergic reaction or life-threatening incident including death that may occur. If your child has any known food allergies or intolerances that will prevent her from participating in these activities, we will provide an alternate option at your request.

Consent

I acknowledge that any of the beauty or "spa treatments" are for entertainment purposes only and Pampe Me Please hostesses are not licensed cosmetology professionals.

Pamper Me Please will not cut, file, trim, push back cuticles or do any services provided at a certified nail salon.
