Book your Pamper Me Please* event!
Pay your $100 non-refundable security deposit (applied towards your party total!)
Confirm your final head count (must be done at least 5 days prior to your event)
It's the day of your party! Get ready to be Pampered! Pay your final invoice before any services are rendered. No services or setup will be rendered until payment is made in full.
How far in advance must I book?
We will always do our very best to accommodate your desired time slot but advise you book as early as possible so we can reserve your spot! (4-6 weeks before is ideal)
How do I confirm my reservation?
To confirm your reservation, we will ask for a deposit of $100. The easiest way to pay us is through Zelle or Cashapp.
How long is setup?
We ask 30-45 minutes for setup time and a parking spot in the driveway or directly in front of the event space as our staff needs to move supplies to your venue. Failure to provide a parking space can result in delays to your party and we want to ensure your Pamper Me Please* experience runs as smoothly as possible.
You Choose, We Do The Work
5 days prior to the event you must confirm the final headcount, party location (indoor or outdoors), and your desired package.
Final Headcount
We require a final headcount 5 days before your party. This is because at that point we have already purchased supplies and allocated staff for your event. For this reason we cannot make changes to the headcount after that date or reduce the price for no-shows. We will contact you to confirm the final headcount and send you a confirmation.
Final Invoice
We will provide you with an invoice ahead of time of your party date. We must receive payment before services are rendered. Please note, no changes to the invoice an be made on site.
Final Confirmation
We will make several attempts to reach you (phone, text, and email) to confirm the Final Headcount and confirm the payment for the Final Invoice mentioned above. If you are unreachable within 72 hours of your party, your party will be cancelled and the refund policy below will take effect.
Refund Policy
Pamper Me Please's refund policy is the best in the business! Get a full refund (excluding deposit) or free rescheduling at any time BEFORE services are rendered. Services are rendered once we begin setup at your venue. We simply ask that you please cancel 7 days in advance out of courtesy to us. We appreciate your business and we look forward to pampering you!
What's Included in My Quote?
Deposit: Your reservation deposit will be applied to your final quote.
Service Fee: You will see a service fee of 15% applied to your quote.
Travel Fee: a travel fee will be applied to your quote.
